· After a successful application, a non-refundable deposit is required (unless otherwise stated).
· Final payments, once made, are also non-refundable.
· The decision of the project organizer is final, as staffing and accommodation involve fixed costs.
2. Cancellation Policy:
· No refunds are provided after payment have been paid, except for exceptional circumstances.
· The deposit is non-refundable due to fixed costs associated with staffing and accommodation.
3. Application Accuracy:
· Applicants are required to provide accurate personal history, background, and motives for benefitting the services.
· Inaccuracies or fraudulent claims may result in dismissal from of the services.
